The Noah IV is an electromagnetic irradiation device that converts artificial images to nerve impulses broadcast as electromagnetic waves. These waves are directly received by human dopamine receptors. By pushing these waves or images into a “dead/blind spot” in the human brain, the images are perceived by the human as “real”.
Noah IV is actually a vastly inferior imitation of the Noah II, incapable of realbooting delusions into physical reality, and only capable of causing mass delusions.
This device is handed over to Kaito by Sawada. Kaito uses it to trigger an Elephant Mouse Syndrome attack.
