In these reports, Kimijima depicts himself as a brave whistleblower against the evil Committee of 300, and alleges a wide variety of things being done by them and various alleged front organizations. It is unclear how much of the information in the Kimijima Reports is accurate, as they contain both true information that is not publicly known as well as deliberate disinformation. The Kimijima Reports are quite clever propaganda, and the plots Ko Kimijima claims to be a whistleblower against, he is actually the mastermind behind.
